OUR EASIEST RECIPE YET!
All you will need is:
400g of your favourite Cocoa Libre Chocolate (we used dark raspberry pieces)
160g Free from digestives
150g Vegan marshmallows
100g Glacé cherries
Method:
Put the chocolate in a glass bowl and place over a pan of simmering water.
While the chocolate is melting pour the biscuits into a mixing bowl and break up. Then add the cherries and half of the marshmallows (don't add all as the marshmallows sometimes melt with the heat of the chocolate).
Once the chocolate is melted pour into the bowl and mix until the contents are completely covered. Then add the remaining marshmallows.
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and put in the fridge for 2 hours. Once set, your Rocky Road is ready to be enjoyed!!
