First of all you will need:
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 175 g vegan butter
- 250g Cocoa Libre dark raspberry chocolate slab (broken pieces bag)
- 75g flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- Decoration - whatever you like!
Method
- Heat the oven to 180C. Place the butter, sugar and chocolate in a heavy-based saucepan and heat gently until melted. Mix until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.
- Sift the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix to combine. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together. Spoon the mixture equally between the muffin cases and bake for 20-25minutes.
- To decorate, we use our heart slabs, vegan icing and some raspberries!
